Project Details
The intention was to provide housing for the retirees of the British American Tobacco Ltd. The site is located off Mombasa Road on the outskirts of Nairobi and it has house types that range from 3-Bedroom town houses to 2-Bedroom single storey starter units since they were to cater for all grades of employees. The site was planned with religious social and small retail facilities.
The entire area was landscaped with fruit trees in all gardens. The development encompasses a total of 850 middle income houses in serviced and landscaped environment.
